Close your eyes. Think of one thing you’re grateful for, a recent win, a peaceful moment, someone you love, or simply the chance to begin again.

It may be:

The warmth of your coffee or tea, a loving hug, the ease in the breath you just took.

2: Breathe and Visualize

Why it matters:
Your energy shapes your reality. Clarity creates flow.

In Practice:
Stretch and place your hands over your heart.
Breathe slowly, inhale for four, hold for four, exhale for six.
As you breathe, picture one task unfolding with ease. Feel the calm and clarity spreading through your body.

It may be:

Checking off a to-do with ease, a conversation going better than expected, or finding the perfect parking spot.

3: Let Love Flow

Why it matters:
Love expands everything, connection, ease, and light.

In Practice:
Think of someone who brings you warmth. Send them a thought, a silent blessing, or a quick message of appreciation.

It may be:

A “Thinking of you,” a “Have a great day,” or even a loving thought sent to the universe.

4: Set Your Intention

Why it matters:
You are already becoming what you seek.

In Practice:
Choose one word that reflects how you want to feel today, calm, confident, clear, connected. Say it quietly to yourself. Feel it as if it’s already true.

It may be:

Writing your word on a post-it or in your phone. Keeping it where you’ll see it.
